You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must verify your email address before accessing the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be fraudulent, inactive for extended periods, or in violation of these Terms.
You agree NOT to use the Service to store, share, or distribute:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
Storage limits are determined by your plan. Files exceeding your quota cannot be uploaded. Files larger than 10 GB per file are not permitted on any plan. Daily download limits apply as stated on the billing page.
The Free plan is subject to a download speed cap of approximately 20 Mbps. Paid plans receive unlimited speed.
Share links are time-limited. Maximum expiry duration depends on your plan: Free up to 48 hours, Starter up to 72 hours, and Pro or higher up to 10 days. You are solely responsible for the content of files you share publicly. We are not responsible for how others use your shared files.
API access is available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. API keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all actions performed using your API keys. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important files.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to store and serve them as required to operate the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOSTEDIT.CLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where we operate.
